Valet parking is provided for our event. When you arrive at The Umstead Hotel & Spa simply follow the event signage to reach the valet parking. Guests may start arriving at 1:30 PM.

2:00-2:45 PM
Arrival - Check-In, Fine Food & Beverages, View Silent Auction Items, Online Silent Auction (~35 wonderful items) in Progress, View Live Auction Items.
Food & Beverages Menu - Pulled pork (eastern NC BBQ), smoked chicken (mustard BBQ), braised collards greens, red bliss potato salad, southern style slaw, deviled eggs, glazed cornbread, brioche rolls. Wine & Beer, soft beverages, and water.

2:45-3:30 PM
Pottery Throwdown: Watch NC Potter Extraordinaires Joseph Sand & Matthew Kelly engage in a fun and friendly but spirited, wheel-to-wheel throwing competition!

3:30-3:50 PM
Intermission - Online Silent Auction Continues, View Live Auction Items, Desserts & Coffee. (Wine & beer, soft beverages, and water still available.)
Desserts Menu - 3 Delicious Desserts (to be announced soon), Larry's Beans fresh brewed coffee.
